背景简介

Established from the well-differentiated eosphageal squamous cell carcinoma with moderate invasion of the adventitia resected from cervical esophagus of a 67-year-old woman after cisplatin and radiotherapy; described as carrying p53 mutation and amplification of MYC, HST1, CYCLIN D1, and to induce well-differentiated tumors in nude mice.
